With over 15 years of technical experience in the Florida HVAC industry, William Carter founded Hvac Panama City with a singular mission: to bring industrial-grade engineering to residential Emerald Coast homes. William recognized that most contractors were using "mainland" techniques in a high-salinity environment, leading to premature system failures.

William is NATE-certified and holds multiple advanced certifications in thermodynamics and moisture control. His approach is data-driven; every consultation begins with a rigorous technical audit of the home's thermal envelope and static pressure. At Hvac Panama City, William personally oversees the training of every technician to ensure that the "Carter Standard" of technical integrity is met on every call.
